Returns and Refunds Policy

We have a 30 days return policy. That means If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Refund

Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

If you want to receive a refund for another payment method, please contact us so that we can refund that payment method. We don’t pay any extra fees for another payment method, so any extra fees will be deducted from the refund.

Please allow up to 14 business days for refunds to be processed after we successfully receive your products. 

Depending on your bank, the refund may take some time to appear on your account.

Exchange

We offer an exchange. But if any exchange products are not available in stock the customer needs to wait for re-stocking or the customer can request for a refund.

Damage/Defective

Shipping time we check every product very carefully but sometimes this thing happens by carrier. If you receive damaged or defective products, try to reject them or contact us within 5 days of the damage of defective items. We immediately take action.

Guest-Purchase;

We offer guest-purchase that means without registration customers can purchase from our website. But this return and refund policy also applies to the guest-purchase.

Cancellation
